Ordering Online and Payment Processing at ®.net is safe and secure!

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.  If you wish, you may also call 800-950-9634 and pay via check or credit card by phone or by sending a Money Order, Personal, or Business Check. 
Simply print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page, complete the necessary fields, and mail to the address above.  Checks may delay your order an additional 7-10 business days for funds to clear.

Return / Refund Policy

Each item that ® carries will ship to you brand new (unless specified) with a Full Manufactures' warranty that we Guaranty or extend to One Full Year unless otherwise extended by the manufacturer.  All items are carefully inspected before being shipped.  If for some reason your items are not as described or they are damaged in shipping please inform us Immediately and we will arrange with you to file a freight claim, collect or replace the damaged items.  If there is an agreed refund required there will be a 15% restocking fee plus any associated freight charges. All products returned by you, the customer, must be carefully repackaged in their original packaging.

Shipping / Delivery Information

Shipping and Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis and are listed by customer choice with options that include inside delivery and setup.  Please make note of the delivery charges associated with your order.  In some cases we use Freightquote.com.  In most cases your items will ship direct to you from ® and the items ordered.

Prices / 30 Day Lowest Price Guarantee

Items are charged at prices shown on the ® product pages on the date and time your order is placed.  Prices are considered correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at the published prices unless the item reads .00.  Your 30 Day Lowest Price Guarantee takes place upon purchase and a refund or credit will be given upon request within the same 30 days.

® has never received any complaints about any part of our service, if a complaint is received we will deal with it promptly and professionally. We will respond timely and it will be dealt with confidentially and effectively
