To date we have completed our investigation and legal complaints regarding the Rowe/AMI Digital Jukebox shutdowns of March 2009. Though we are currently trying to communicate with the companies executives we are prepared to file in the appropriate courts on behalf of ® and you our customers. Upon filing the "cause of action" we will be requesting a TRO that will return our property to its rightful owners.

    On July 3rd 2009, ® completed the first of many complaints and legal actions being filed in various states and US attorney’s offices throughout the US.

    ® Executives, will limit its comment to the following:

    These filings are necessary for the future of this industry. These kinds of White Collar Crimes and Corporate Malfeasance are stalling growth and industry production. It’s time for the courts to step-in and enforce the laws of the land.

    ® agrees with the recent land mark ruling by the U.S. Appeals Court upholding a racketeering and fraud decision against the Tobacco Companies, this proves that no one is above the Law.

    Due to the delicate nature of the allegations cited, the complaints shall remain confidential until charges are filed... Updates to follow.

    ®, puts it's Music network to Beta testing. We have been testing our software and network in conjunction with all types of industry hardware, with outstanding results. Though the Beta's are not complete, we are seeing outstanding progress. The ® Music Network, was built for Jukebox owners that are tired of the Fat Cat Mentality. The time has come for us to ban together and stop paying to work for someone else! With the network supporting all types of industry hardware and music at cost with NO ADDS, it will be hard to say no. The plan also has a sub operator agreement that offers the operator the option to make more with less risk, updates to follows.

    ® gears up for its own Digital Internet Jukebox and Music server. The time is now to expand the operators and investors in this industry need more trustworthy partners who better then them selves. In what looks like a final plan with a major new player, ® plans to launch its own Digital Jukebox and Music Network. Though the plan is still in its finishing stages the complete details have not been released but ® say's the plan is so good that there's not an operator out there with an Internet Jukebox that won't come on board. By now everybody in the coin industry has heard of the Rowe AMI and ® Jukebox black out and shutdown by AMI on March 10th 2009. ® says our new plan will keep this from ever happening to anybody else in the future, this has only prompted us to move forward. ® says they will not discriminant against anybody that wants to be in the business, though it will have provisions in the plan to protect the operators who join in from losing accounts. The details of which have not been released yet. ® says, no new jukebox's to purchase, unless needed, you can bring your existing network hardware along with you, along with a simple conversion kit and you will be on. There will be no complex smoke and mirror music agreements and no advertisements interrupting your music play, just music at cost, your music fee's will be less than 10% of your cash box for royalty's. Another plus, ®'s plan will provide full service tech support and in stock parts department and best of all the plan will be owned by the Users with year end dividends. updates to follow

    News - If your in the coin industry, by now you've heard of ® and Rowe AMI's Internet Jukebox shutdown.

    ® - This is the last thing, this or any other industry needs in these uncertain times. We should all be working together to obtain one common goal (equality). Unfortunately, ® and the Executives at Rowe AMI and it's owners Harbour Group, have not come to a reasonable solution therefore, on Friday March 20th 2009, ®'s attorneys put Rowe AMI on notice of suit. Though the complaints are not yet published the allegations are believed to be strong and might include violations of state and federal laws with filings throughout various jurisdictions naming multiple co defendants. ® will have (no other comment at this time), but updates can be found at the ® website (whats news) if you would like to add comment's or support please go to support@leaseamerica.com
